Allah or Jesus?
by Rick Mathes
Last month I attended my annual training session that's required for maintaining my state prison security clearance. During the training session there was a presentation by three speakers representing the Roman Catholic, Protestant and Muslim faiths, who explained each of their belief systems.
I was particularly interested in what the Islamic Imam had to say. The Imam gave a great presentation of the basics of Islam, complete with a video.
After the presentations, time was provided for questions and answers.
When it was my turn, I directed my question to the Imam and asked: "Please, correct me if I'm wrong, but I understand that most Imams and clerics of Islam have declared a holy jihad [Holy war] against the infidels of the world. And, that by killing an infidel, which is a command to all Muslims, they are assured of a place in heaven. If that's the case, can you give me the definition of an infidel?"
There was no disagreement with my statements and, without hesitation, he replied, "Non-believers!"
I responded, "So, let me make sure I have this straight. All followers of Allah have been commanded to kill everyone who is not of your faith so they can go to Heaven. Is that correct?"
The _expression on his face changed from one of authority and command to that of a little boy who had just gotten caught with his hand in the cookie jar. He sheepishly replied, "Yes."
I then stated, "Well, sir, I have a real problem trying to imagine Pope John Paul commanding all Catholics to kill those of your faith or Dr. Stanley ordering Protestants to do the same in order to go to Heaven!"
The Imam was speechless.
I continued, "I also have problem with being your friend when you and your brother clerics are telling your followers to kill me. Let me ask you a question.
Would you rather have your Allah who tells you to kill me in order to go to Heaven or my Jesus who tells me to love you because I am going to Heaven and He wants you to be with me?"
You could have heard a pin drop as the Imam hung his head in shame.
Needless to say, the organizers and/or promoters of the 'Diversification' training seminar were not happy with Rick's way of dealing with the Islamic Imam and exposing the truth about the Muslim's beliefs.
I think everyone in the US should be required to read this, but with the liberal justice system, liberal media, and the ACLU, there is no way this will be widely publicized. Please pass this on to all your e-mail contacts.
This is a true story and the author, Rick Mathes, is a well known leader in prison ministry.
Allah or Jesus?
The Imam under question does not seem to be a Muslim nor does he seem to know the real Islam. He certainly does not represent Islam. Islam according to the following statements is very broad.
"Of course there are many different interpretations. But the differences in interpretation is not a problem in Islam. I would even go so far as to say that Islam is a very broad religion. There's a very famous line by Allah in the Quran: "I have created you from one soul." With that line, he meant all of humanity." (Agakhan IV, Deutsche Welle 12 September Interview conducted by Günter Knabe )
"To be Muslim in the universal sense is to be one who longs to turn completely toward the ultimate Source, in Arabic called Allah. Who is and who is not truly Muslim is a secret known only to Allah Most High. No human being can judge another concerning this most intimate experience of affirming and returning to the One Reality. The question of where a person stands along the exalted way of Islam, of whether one practices the five times daily prayer, or even which prophet one follows among the many sent by Allah, can only be a subject for dialogue between the soul and its All-Merciful Lord. There can be no compulsion or persecution in authentic Islam. Whoever affirms and longs to return to the ultimate Source of the universe is the beloved spiritual sister or brother of the true Muslim. Since every soul is a ray from the Divine Light, this longing to turn and to return is the secret essence of each person. Thus all humanity, even all creation, is Muslim".(Heart of Islam by Lex Hixon)
There have been periods of great Islamic civilizations wherein Islamic rulers gave equal rights and privileges to non-Muslims, gave them protection and allowed them to practice their faith. Indeed during the Fatimid period non Muslims were given positions of great responsibility in the running of the state.

Islam is a religion of peace and tranquility. Islam has never preached terrorism. The Prophet [PBUH] gave the message that God is one. There is a day of judgement and terrible punishment in hell awaits those who carry out bad work and spread terrorism [fasad] in this world.
I think the mullah over there was unaware of basis of Islam. Islam was not spread with the power of sword. At the time of conquest of Mecca, peace was given to the worst enemies. in Taif, stones were pelting on the Prophet by infidels and the Prophet was thinking and praying well for them.

I am really fail to understand one simple thing can you tell me. What Christanity teaches you to do or what you understand by it? Does it teaches to give money to poor hindus in India to convert them or is it teaching to insult other religions in other forums telling all their believes are fake just because you fail to understand them and just christians are only intelligent and logical and others are senseless.
If you think that you are giving very logical points then some how any one would be able to write that he or she's agree with you. If you are proud of your religion then dont try to spoil the name of Christainity by insulting and disrepecting the believes of others.
