You can meditate while repeating the Name, fast or slow, but of course this is spiritual so it has to be from your heart, not from your mouth. The confluent of Ingla, Pingla with the invisible Sukhsmanra from the spiritual world at the pint named Bhamar Gufa is were the Didar will happen. These re not physical matters so obviously it can not be explained.

You asked a "Yoga/meditation but very interesting question brother.
Ingla, Pingla and Sukshmana are "NAADI" nerves.
Some peoples are beleive that taking breath from your right nostril call Pingla and taking breath using left nostril called Inda.
But Most of time both nostrils are not open same time but after one and half hour both nostril open just for 1-2 minutes which is called "SUKSHMNA" this is great time for meditation.
Sukshmna is situated in our backbone and it is not visible.
If you like to read more about this then read "YOG SUTRA' of Maharshi Patanjali which is available in English and other languages too.

is any of these word and it's message, research or findings endorsed and expanded by any of our Imams.
Our ginans are loaded about above words, and if I am not forgetting Sultan Mohammed Shah ( s.a.) used to suggest 'Breathing meditation method" to some Jamati members now this " breathing meditation method" is nothing else but ' SWASOSHWAS NI BANDAGI' શ્વાસોશ્વાસ ની બંદગી and in this method you can find these words i.e. ingla, pingla, sukshmana and Bhamar Gufa, BOSS. Means SMS indirectly insisted about above words.

Of course not, but as a Urdu knowinger you should know the meaning of 'Daur' !It seems that you are intentionally ask questions!!!I have one more question....Is this DASMO DWAR similar to DASAM DUAR in sikh philosophy ??
Any way, you as a Urdu reader ( Dakkan Hyderabadi) I should not have to tell you the meaning of "Daur" and "Dwar".
Any way "Daur" means certain period, time, Zamana; for a example this is "dasmo Daur" nine daur has been passed and this is last 10 the daur( dasamo nakalanki avatar" as per many religions including Ismailism.
" Dwar" means Entrance door " darwaza in Urdu".
Now about question:-
Sikhism doesn't believe in " Ten incarnations" like Hinduisms, Ismailism and many other religions believes, Sikhism have their own ten "Gurus" like Nanak, Arjunsingh.
Remember this Sikhism is man made religion, there are many other man made religion which follows their guru's instructions like near Sugar Land area there is very beautiful temple of Swaminaraynais, but these religion is also man made religion and not "god sent" religion. I have many freinds who follows "Sant Saibaba". I tell them he was a human being.
After this clarification: you can start your own religion!!!! just kidding bro. but don't stop to come in a true Ismaili religion website and forum, Ismailism is a part of Islam but it has different way to worship Almighty. Allah.

As per my own study, I couldn't find any evidence that Nanak was Pir Shams's student however I found many ginanic words in "Granth Saheb" and in " Gurubani". It shows that Nanak had some kind connection with Ismaili pirs at his time it might be possible that some pirs before Pir Shams may come in touch with Nanak.
But these two great saint has big difference, they were not even contemporary either.
Pir Shams was born on 15 Shaban 588 H.year and year was 1192 as per current calender when Guru Nank was born on 15 April and year was 1469, so there were 275 year difference between these two saints,
so it might possible that Nanak might be influenced with any other Ismaili pirs but not pir Shams.
For your information Sikh religion's religious book is " Granth Saheb " in this book you can find almost all religions good teaching, whatever Nanak found interesting he wrote down it in Granth Saheb, no matter from which religion it was belogns to he found so, in other word GS is Khichada of all religions.

The grandfather of Guru Nanak was called Sabhaga - he was the student of Pir Shams - we have a granth addressed to ' Sabhaga'
E - Sabhaga is the beginning of all the verses of the granth. Pir addressed the entire Granth to this individual.
Shams
