can any one please answer me how the concept of Wae'z started in Ismailism?

There are many waezs on the subject of " Ismailism" by many waezins, so it is very hard to point out few, matter of fact you can find these waezs in Ismaili.net waez section too but I would suggest you to listen Al -waez Rai Abu Ali's waez, he has delivered waezs on almost each and every subject which is directly or undirectly related to our religion.
