dubai jamatkhane - right of entry

<P><SPAN class=postbody><SPAN class=postbody>i was in dubai with my family in Dec 09 and wanted to tour the khane. Surprisingly we were not allowed at that time (11.30 am) and were told to come during prayer time.. What i need to know if the khane is closed for ismailis and they can o&shy;nly come during prayer time? As this incident was indeed disappointing and as far as i am concerned, i would like to know if this is a local dubai tariqah rule or a general rule?</SPAN></SPAN></P>
