Bandagi -Ginan

Post by samirziz »

I am looking for the bandagi jo ginan, i cant seem to find it, some people have said it's a combination of different verses from different ginans.

Anyone know what they are, and what their significance is?

The verses are:

Eji Peer Sadardeen boliya
tame saheb jaannjo hazur
amar padavi to mile
jo antar bhetiye nur...

Which translates as:

As Peer Sadardeen has stated, know the Lord to be present. The eternal abode/status can only be attained if the interior (heart) is enlightened by the Noor.

Eji darshan chhe have jaganta
ane shodiliyo gun vantaa
aj kal das ma(n) he sami aaviya
var aal vaa ne anant. kroriyu taara vaa ne anant

Which translates as:

Now in the awakened state, is the time for the Vision (enlightenment), and seek out the Expert (Guide). At present the Lord has come as the tenth manifestation, to be a Husband (var, to give guidance, protection and eternal life). He has come to liberate the crores and grant them eternal life.

After bandgi is over, a verse or two of ginan is recited by the person who has recited the bandgi ginan; I would like to know which ginans can be recited? It would be nice to have a selection to choose from

Any verses can be recited so long as they convey important concepts which can provide food for reflection. For example, I would recite the following two verses from Ginan 'Ham dil khalak Allah sohi vaseji".

ejee moman sohee jo sab maram-j jaanne,
elam rahaasar chalannaa......................ebhee allah.....9

The true believer is he who knows all the (spiritual) mysteries and follows the path of knowledge(and understanding)...He is indeed the Lord.

ejee ghyaan dhiyaan maa(n)he sarve sudh paai,
khoj khoj kar milanaa........................ebhee allah....10

All understanding is gained through knowledge and remembrance.
By constant search one can attain (the real purpose of your life - reunion
with your Creator)............He is indeed the Lord.
