while i am not homosexual i firmly stand by a1337 and themaw to exist free of discrimination or persecution for their sexual preferences. in a faith that welcomes pluralism i cannot see any reason why they cannot call themselves homosexual ismailis shy of ingorance and fear. Why can we all not just ...

aleet, ironically your last post demonstrates the lack of understanding of physics. Newtonian physics does only apply to non-relativistic states (i.e. when v<<c), however, classical physics can, and does deal with non-inertial frames of reference. Special relativity can be applied to relativistic st...

Those references only refer to sodomy. Seems to me you all have no arguments against lesbianism or two men engaging in falacio. aleet's animal arguments seems to satisfy that those actions are not unnatural excepting them from you unnaturally lewd argument.

The Quran also says that god created the earth in six days. These things are not meant to be taken literally as i previously stated. Study the Quran to glean truth and understanding about the universe and God and your place in it, do not read it as an encyclopaedia because it most certainly isn't.

scripture is not meant to be read literally! they are books of myth and metaphor which contain universal truths. furthermore, islam is a faith of intellect, use your head.

Faith of Intellect?

I was wondering how you all consolidate the apparent logical contradiction that Ismailism (viz. Islam) is a faith of intellect while having a source of divine wisdom and knowledge (i.e. the Imam). It seems to me that the use of intellect is rendered moot since the word of the Imam is the highest sou...

A-LEET, You are mistaken, the word gay was adopted by the homosexual community to provide a positive connotation to their lifestyles (previously, being referred to as queer). Gay means happy any queer means strange - the former being positive and the latter negative. But I do admire your patience wi...

I came across a study, a meta analysis with a sample running into the thousands and comparing altruism between males and females. The empirical rigor and matching strategy suggest this to be very sound. They took dyads of gender dissimilar twins and found that 50% of the variance in altruism was ex...
