Farman

Yam guys, I wanted some help, I am looking for a farman where Mowlana Hazar Imam says that we should keep educating ourselves even when we are 90, 100 or 110 years old. I know that Mowla mentions about education in lot of farmans but I am looking for this perticular one. I dont want the farman here I just want to know where it was made like the city, and date. So please if you guys know I would very much appreciate it.
