Lord of 3 Worlds?

Lamps of gold were shining before them. The Lord of the three worlds was sitting there.

I was reading this ginan's meaning and I came across "The Lord of the three worlds was sitting there." And I was wondering if any body can tell me what three worlds this ginan is talking about.

As per the following verse of Anant Akhado (Ashajee), tribhovar means the Lord of the three realms: heavens, earth and undersurface. It is a poetic way of saying the Lord of the entire creation.

The expression 3 worlds may also mean the past, present and future. The expression was used by Hermes Trimegiste in the Tabula Smaragdina, the Emerald Table where He said I am the master of the 3 worlds.
