What is the role of Muki Shib and Mukiani...

<P>Dear All,

I have a question which bothers me all times. Recently I visited one JK and I was said that Mukhi/Kamariasaheb and Mukhiani/Kamarianisaheba are the representative of Imam in JK. I really got confused. Is there any one to help me?

Why they are the representative of Imam and how can we accept it in compare with the role and nature of Imam. To what extent they are worth to take this title.

Why do Maji Mukhi & Kamadia&nbsp;have rights to sit o&shy;n part when current Mukhi & Kamadia, of different majlis's are present in Jamat Khana ?

There is the Constitution, there are Rules and Regulations, and there are Guidelines, the first too have been signed by Hazar Imam and all these are in separate books.

They fix the protocol which says that in the absence of present Mukhi/Kamadia, the maji [previous] Mukhi/Kamadia should officiate.
