Need Ginan....dont remeber the exact phrases

I need a ginan in which PIR says........i will come first time , second time, again n again will take all good things on earth one by one ...like happiness, calmness, good deeds...etc and when i will come at last nothing (GOOD) will be their.

I have heard this ginan in JK once....I desperately need this ginan...
