Montreal Didar in 1992

During Mehmanis on 15 August 1992 around 4:00 PM a girl named Nadia Alibay made this request in French to Mowlana Hazar Imam: "Est ce que Mowla Bapa accepte ce Mehmani, au nom de tous les Ismailis du monde entier?" - "Does Mowla Bapa accept this Mehmani made on behalf of all the Ismailis of the whole world?

Hazar Imam replied to her: "J'accepte ce Mehmani au nom de tous les Ismailis du monde entier" - I accept this mehmani made on behalf of all the Ismailis of the whole world.

Hazar Imam added "Mubarak! Khanavadan, Khanavadan!"

Though Nadia left us few years ago because of an illness that could not be cured, the rememberance of what she asked in her Mehmani will always stay with all of us who were not able to get the Mehmani chance on that day..

<P>This is beautiful.  It is obvious that Nadia was a great soul.  only great souls can think of things like that.  May Allah rest her soul in peace.</P>
