According to my understanding vishav means universe and ku(n)vari means virgin or unmarried. Hence vishav ku(n)vari means virgin or unmarried universe.

There are two ways of explaining virgin unverse. On the one hand it can be considered from a cosmic point of view in which case it means the universe or the world not ruled or governed by the Imam in a physical sense and hence not looked after like an unmarried woman. The Imam is considered as a husband. In this scenario the marraige happens at the moment of Qiyama when the Imam assumes rulership of the world and there is order and good governance and hence peace.

On the other hand it can be considered at a personal level of a murid. In our tradition a murid is like woman and the Imam is the Husband. Vishav ku(n)vari in this context is a spiritually unmarried woman not under the protection and provision of the Husband (Imam). This is usually considered as a state of not having attained the Vision or Deedar of the Imam.

The purpose of life is to attain union or marriage with the Husband (Imam). Hence we have many expressions like: Paranne vishav ku(n)vari meaning, wed the unwed universe. After the Deedar the murid becomes married and enjoys the bliss, protection and provision of the Imam. His universe or his circumstances become enlightened and every moment is purposeful and filled with happiness. Qiyama in this case is the moment of Deedar.
