Imamat: Before Ali A.S, Prophet Ibraham prayer

Post by farhatnoorali »

We believe in Imamat before Ali A.S as that every prophet A.S had a silent Imam with him since Adam A.S. Is it Imamat and Prphets are heredity. Moreover, if Imamat was in heredity then why Prophet Ibraham A.S prayed to God for Imamat heredity and wasnt there a silent Imam with him at the time. was the Silent Imam was interpreter or assistant before Prophet Mohd (PBUHAHP)

With each Major Prophet....there is an INITIATOR Imam who TRAINS him.

And later, there is a SILENT Imam who HELPS and ASSISTS him.

With Prophet Abraham, the INITIATOR IMAM was Imam Melchizedek (Abraham's ancestor). Melchizedek took bayat and dasond from Abraham, this is in the Bible - book of Genesis, Chapter 18.

Later, the Silent Imam with Abraham was his own son, Imam Ismael.

The notion of Abraham praying is as follows:

Abraham was a Prophet and a Messenger, because of his good deeds, he was ENTRUSTED with the Imamate. Abraham was an ENTRUSTED IMAM - this means Abraham was the PIR. However, Abraham's reward was that actual IMAMATE was promised to continue in HIS PROGENY - through Ismael (future Imam) and Isaac (future Prophet).

Imam Melchizedek must have been a father or grandfather to Prophet Abraham. Hence Imamat continued through his remote male descendant i.e Ismael.

Prophets and Imams do pray! In the world of relativity they behave as humans. For more on this please go to "Is Hazar Imam God?".

I think in this forum who says should not matter. What should matter is what is said. I believe this forum is meant to be an exchange of ideas and issues and not about where these came from. If you have something to contribute do so freely.

Pardon me to interject this topic into a discussion but what is so wrong if someone wish to know the messenger? I agree that message should be important but for those who wish to just watch and see have a right to know the messenger as well. No?

You can tell me if you have introduced yourself somewhere else, I can go take a look, as I said I'm new here. And I have nothing to contribute right now but you can (hopefully) give me a respect as a polite spectator.

Thanks. :D

From Prophet Adam to Prophet Abraham....

Imamat and Prophethood were NOT in the same generation.

Adam, Noah, and Abraham were Prophets, Messengers, and PIRS, but NOT the Imams.

The Imams with them were Seth, Shem, and Ismael.
