first: i am a volunteer in youth and sport committee a member can any one who has experince in such work give me some new activities we can apply here in syria?

note: no much money.
second:  i want to know ismailis more and to know what's the difference in acting our faith between Syria and other countries

Hiya, i know its probably too late for this but thought id reply just incase you need it in the future. sports such as basketball, netball, footbal really go well. as all you really need is a football or even just a bouncy ball, loll, other things that i have done in the past with my local community centre are a variety of debates whether it is about faith, culture, relationships or even society. hope that helps with your first question.
