My mom was telling me how Sultan Muhammad Shah would always tell the Jamat different remedies that could help them in their lives like, for example, eating seven badaam (type of nut) in the morning will help your brain function better, or, walking on the grass bare foot while looking at it early in the morning can help your vision.. Are there any more? If you can correct mine or list more, please do.. Thanks!

thank you for the book name! I remember someone was telling me they had this book in my JK but they don't speak much English and the book is written in Gujarati. 'KIM' MEANS..
''KIM" is short form of KALAME IMAMEMUBIN, this books has two volume 1-2, in these two books all available Farmans of Mowlana Sulatan Mohammad shah has been collected so these books are consider one of the best books regarding Farmans of our 48 the Imam.

Abstract from Talika made by Imam Sultan Mohamed Shah, 1945-1948.
Red chillies - Do not consume Lal marchi is - bad for liver (Kidney) and ulcers
Do not use lots of oil or ghee when cooking to keep eye sight good:
Eat 1 tea spoon variari (fennel seeds) after every meal .
Microscopic dust is dangerous for eyes, splash cold water 5 times a day to cleanse the dust
Eat carrots
Drink chaas (butter milk)
Eat yogurt
Eat row papaya in the morning and ripe papay in the evening
Eat 2 ripe bananas a day ( scientists have proven that eating very ripe bananas are good for reducing high blood pressure, cleaning the intestines and helping reduce constipation)
CINNAMON
¼ tea-spoon of cinnamon powder mixed with cereals or anything in the morning with breakfast activates the pancreas which produces insulin, reduces the sugar level inthe body·mixed with honey, it can be good for lungs and liver
HALDI
Boil 1 cup milk, mix with ½ teaspoon haldi kills lactic acid
take 1 cup water add honey (in a silver cup or Pyrex dish), add 1 teaspoon haldi (filter in a cheese cloth) store in a dark bottle drink a spoon keeps fever away boil haldi in oil til l it burns changes colour to black and rub on (malish) the babies every 15 days it helps skin disease and fever.
JEERA
crush 1 teaspoon jeera add little salt, boil in water and give to kids for 15 days meals they will have good appetite after meals, it works as a good mouth refresher it is also good for the liver
JAIFER (nutmeg)
Boil with milk and drink-good for sleep and helps cleans the lungs
DHANA SUKA
crush and make into a powder, eat daily to clean the blood, plus good for digestion
CLOVE
one drop of clove oil mixed with honey helps with stuffy nose
ELCHI
Peel and eat the seeds after meals, good for heart and heart muscles
KESAR
8-10 strands of kesar boiled in milk helps with the memory kesar is harmful for those with high blood pressure
POPPY SEEDS
good for diahorea

In one of his waez about health, Rai Abu Aly mentions significance of varoius vegetables,seeds and cereals.
In it , he also mentions about a vegetable which is helpful to decrease blood sugar level.
