can anyone tell me when are these volunteers gonna change? looks like they are really tired and getting very rude with the seniors and jamati members.
Hahahaha...so they won't listen to you after while in their respective positions...then who do we go to complain about them ...Council (ors)? And if they also don't listen to you because they may have been there for a while too. Then what? Should we call Hazir Imam's office? LOL...is this really how things are handled in our Jamat Khana? If so...then I would say that the problem is not just the rude volunteers...and how much bureaucratic we, as a jamat, have become....but I don't really think that is the case…

They are still the same since, I think 3 to 4 years now. I heard they will change in August. I still can't get over their behaviors with the seniors and jamati members. They actually makes us feel that without them nothing can be done and if we don't like it we shouldn't come to khane. being a Captian says that we can go home if we don't like it, telling a senior and a jamati member - shame.

Due to volunteer's bad attitude you are not going Jamat Khana every day but you goes only once a month is not right, just ignore the volunteer's bad attitude but go Jamat Khana as many days you can becuase Jamat Khana attendance is a fundamental principle in our religion.
Not all volunteer's attitide are bad some are very decent and they give more respect to the Jamati members some does not care about the Jamat but only care about their post, dignity and reputation.
