Ismailis Praying 3 times a day vs. 5 times?

Again just looking for where I can find an explanation of this as well.

I was asked but didn't have an answer as to why we only pray 3 times a day vs. those who pray 5.

I don't think the Quran mentions anything about praying 5 times a day.
I don't think the word "Namaz" is ever mentioned in the Quran.
Correct me if i am wrong pls.
