Obligatory of only chandraat Mandli

Why chandraat Mandli is the only compulsory Mandli as compare to the rest of the Mandli which are optional.

In my opinion, Chnadraat conveys special spiritual benefits being the day of new moon as per Imam Sultan Muhammad Shah, and the Imam would not want his murids to miss out on them.

Also I think there is virtually no fee for becoming a member of Chandraat, so every murid regardless of his/her economic capacity would be able to enrol.
