In new bollywood movie Gangster there is Song of
person asking help from Hazrat Ali.
Interesting thing is In film the character which is singing this song
is hindu.

more than 60% of people related to bollywood from spot boy to singer/actor are muslim

Ya Ali Madad,
I know many persons related to bollywood and Indian television are muslims. I was not talking about actor or singer but the character in film.

Hi Star, I have been told that song's tune has been copied from a syrian artist, regardless, it is a good song with catchy tune, a major hit.

bollywood isn't that original they copy from all types of music from all parts of the indian subcontinent to western music to arab music to even spanish/latin music at times.

I love the ya ali song though, I heard someone blast it from their ipod on the bus one night and felt proud

Ya Ali Madaad,

If u watch this movie the Character asking help is a criminal but he doesn’t betray his love and his dies for his commitment... He asking Ali to help him as he wants to leave criminal life and start a new life without hurting any one. Ali helps anyone who asks His help for good.

Whoever acted it, whoever sang, all i want to say is
that the words are magical, and beautiful.
As an ismaili, I sing it to Our Hazrat Ali, with such profound love, and it is truly a wonderful song, with its unforgettable lyrics.

It is such a selfless song, so pure to the core.
